  • We’ll place a cap on your head to measure your brainwaves. You’ll have to sit still for 5-10 minutes. Your hair may get a little wet.

  • Think of it like exercise. Initially, you should train your brain at least a couple times a week and work your way up from there. Most people meet their initial goal in 20-30 sessions.

  • No. We’re measuring electrical impulses in the brain - brainwaves. They tell us a great deal about how your brain functions and the likely implications, but not your actual thoughts.
